Got sucked in to a debate about Net Neutrality and Privacy in Washington DC on Monday. I have found that by trying to solve copyright infringement behaviours on the internet, to help musicians and film makers, you land up highlighting the dichotomy between protecting content and protecting individual usage rights.....
